5 Generations

I just love having multiple generations present for one session! This was special 5 generation group. If you notice, there are six girls here, one is a sister that doesn't have children yet. I'm sure they all have many, many stories to share. The first picture is of the group, and the 2nd is of the youngest member of the family. They asked for a special collage of this adorable one.

My nephew

Just wanted to share a few pictures of my nephew. He was 1 week old here. We stopped by to see him and of course I had my camera with me. Isn't he just a doll?

2 Year Old Twins

Just wanted to share a few of these adorable 2 year old twins. I've had the honor of taking pictures of these two a few times now, and they are always so much fun. They are so loving towards me and especially each other. I hope they always get along this well - even through the teenage years. We had a great session. We started in the studio, then took it outside to a nearby log cabin.

Meet Elijah

This is Elijah, my nephew. I'm so excited! I'm so EXCITED to be an aunt. My youngest is 5 now, so it's been a while since we've had a little one in the family. These pictures were taken the day he was born. We actually stood right outside the operating room door and heard his first cries. Then about five minutes later, my brother came walking out with him to go to the nursery. Isn't he just adorable? Just wait, there'll be more pictures to come.

Anniversary

Don't you just love Long Happy Stories? I recently had the priveledge of meeting a couple on their 60th Anniversary. Their family had set up an anniversary party for them at a nearby restaurant. I just wanted to share a picture of the happy couple as well as their wonderful family.

Family Friends

Just wanted to share a picture from a recent session. The eldest members of this family have been friends of my family for many years. I remember them taking me fishing as a little girl. Actually, one of the most exciting things about going fishing was getting to ride on the four wheeler down to the pond. It was really great to see them again along with all the members of their growing family.

The Beach

We've just returned from the beach in Gulf Shores. Actually, we stayed at the Gulf Shores Plantation out in Fort Morgan. It was nice and peaceful out there, but still close enough to all the action. This place had 5 outdoor pools and one indoor. They were all shaped different and looked really neat. We had a great time. I even talked my family into going out one night for some Beach Portraits. The kids had fun taking turns setting the timer on the camera so that we could all be the pictures. Then of course I let them carry around the camera for a while to see what interesting things they could snap. While there, we ate at Lambert's. For those of you that don't know, that's where they throw the rolls to you and play little tricks on you. They waitress "accidently" squirted ketchup on my son and I. Good thing it was fake! I highly recommend going there if you get a chance.
